Add page numbers and a watermark to a PDF

Number a long application bundle so no page gets lost, or mark copies with a watermark like COPY FOR VERIFICATION. Rotated pages come out the right way up.

How to add page numbers to a PDF

  1. Open the PDF.
  2. Turn on Page numbers and choose the position, format and starting number.
  3. Turn on Text watermark if you want one, and set the text, opacity and size.
  4. Click Apply to all pages, check the preview and download.

Questions

Can I leave the first page without a number?
Yes. Turn on Don't number the first page. Numbering then starts on page 2.
